How we work with ESG
We are Rikke and Trine, two hunters with a shared vision:
To bring people closer to nature – and inspire them to take better care of the one we're all a part of.
We work with nature as a framework for experiences, learning, and community, and in everything we do, we try to consider both the environment and the people we meet.
Our approach to nature and the environment
We choose ingredients with care
We consciously work with protein sources with a low climate footprint – such as game. It is about using what nature already gives us in a responsible way.
We minimise waste

We prefer nature to things
For our activities, we try to use nature's own materials instead of bringing unnecessary equipment. This provides a more authentic and simple experience.
We avoid disposable products
We are working purposefully to completely avoid single-use tableware and single-use packaging for our events.
We are considering the transport.
We record our journeys and continuously work on reducing unnecessary transport – for example, by holding meetings online when it makes sense.
People and community
For us, it’s not just about nature, but also about the people in it.
We are continuously working to improve our measurement of how our guests experience our events – in terms of content, communication, and accessibility.
We naturally follow the applicable rules for data security and privacy.
At the outset, we have drawn on our network, but we are aware of the importance of creating diversity and new perspectives as we grow.
We are also working to create a sustainable business where we can pay a fair and stable wage to those who are part of it.
Leadership and cooperation
We are open about the fact that we are building a business in an industry with strong relationships and traditions.
Therefore, it is important for us to do things properly and transparently – and always to adhere to applicable legislation and good business practice.
We use professional sparring when we make agreements and contracts, so everything is in order.
We are also aware that we are part of both the ownership and management structure ourselves. Therefore, we are working to create clear frameworks, and we are open to involving independent voices and partners as the company grows.
