HUNT & HIKE

Terms and Conditions

K
L
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

The terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Hunt & Hike ApS (hereinafter Hunt & Hike) and you who purchase a single service, which is defined by a duration of less than 24 hours without overnight stays.

1 CONCLUSION

1.1 CONCLUSION

The agreement is binding when you have accepted an offer in writing for the content and price of the service and accepted these and/or other stated terms and conditions for the service. Payment of the full price of the trip is also considered acceptance of the offer.

1.2 BENEFIT DOCUMENTS

After the conclusion of the agreement, Hunt & Hike will send you relevant documents without undue delay (e.g. a travel document, an order confirmation, an invoice and/or an itinerary).

Documents and other correspondence between you and Hunt & Hike, including but not limited to changes to the experience, will be sent to the postal address or email address you have used in connection with the conclusion of the agreement.

If you do not receive the documents within 5 working days of the agreement, you must contact Hunt & Hike immediately. If you have provided an email address, you must check the spam filter beforehand.

You are also obliged to provide the contact information necessary for Hunt & Hike to contact you both before and during the service. You are obliged to review the submitted documents and any "practical information" upon receipt (see section 5.3). You must immediately respond to Hunt & Hike if the information is not in accordance with what has been agreed.

2 PRICE AND PAYMENT

2.1 PRICE

The total price of the service is set out in your invoice, which means, unless otherwise stated, that the invoice includes all mandatory taxes, fees, and all additional fees, costs and any surcharges related to the services you have purchased from Hunt & Hike. If there are changes in the specific service or in the prerequisites for it as a result of circumstances on your part, this may result in the price being changed and additional payment may be charged.

At the destinations, there may be charges of local fees, fees and charges that it is not possible to collect at the conclusion of the contract, as these payments relate directly to local regulations or to the consumption of extra services beyond what is stated in the agreement.

2.2 PAYMENT

If you fail to comply with your part of the agreement in respect of payment, Hunt & Hike has the right to cancel the agreement. In such cases, Hunt & Hike will be entitled to payment of the amount that you would lose under the rules in section 7.2 if you chose to cancel the service on the day of non-payment.

2.3 DEPOSIT

In connection with your acceptance of the offer, a deposit of at least 50% of the total price of the experience is paid – unless otherwise stated on the invoice. On some experiences, there may be an increased deposit, which will be stated in the invoice. If the agreement is made less than 65 days before the experience is held, the entire price of the experience is paid upon acceptance of the offer.

2.4 PAYOUT

The remaining amount for the experience must be paid no later than 65 days before the experience is held, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Note: According to the Money Laundering Act, Hunt & Hike is not allowed to accept cash amounts of more than DKK 19,999. If the price of the experience exceeds this amount, it is possible to pay DKK 19,999 in cash and the rest by bank transfer or by credit card. Gift cards purchased in cash are equated with a cash payment.

3 CONNECTING TRIPS

Hunt & Hike is only responsible for a connecting trip if it is marketed/purchased together with the main event as part of the service. A connecting trip means a transport of you from/to the place where the experience begins and ends, respectively.

4 CANCELLATION AND TRAVEL INSURANCE

Hunt & Hike recommends that you take out cancellation insurance that covers your expenses if you have to terminate the agreement due to acute illness or injury to yourself or a close family member. A cancellation insurance must always be taken out at the conclusion of the agreement and covers up to the time of departure. Cancellation insurance and/or annual travel insurance cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason for the cancellation of the experience. If you fail to take out cancellation insurance – or cancel the experience for reasons that the insurance does not cover, Hunt & Hike's cancellation terms apply in force, cf. section 7.2. Please note that you may already be covered by travel or cancellation insurance via your home insurance company, credit card or similar. However, be aware that there may be differences in insurance coverage.

Hunt & Hike provides information about the possibility or obligation to take out travel insurance. Without travel insurance, you will bear your own costs during the trip in the event of an accident, illness, hospitalisation, repatriation, etc. If you have a chronic or known condition, you should apply for a pre-assessment from the insurance company to be guaranteed coverage during the experience.

Hunt & Hike is not included in the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's public register of companies, as we do not broker insurance products.

5 BUYER'S GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

5.1 PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH FORMALITIES (INCLUDING VACCINATIONS)

You must be in possession of, and bring on experiences outside Denmark, a valid passport and the documents necessary for the experience to be carried out, such as visas and proof of required vaccinations. Even though Denmark is part of the Schengen cooperation, all travellers must always bring a valid passport. For the passport to be valid, all sides must be clear and the passport must have room for new stamps. You must have a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity at the end of the trip.

Hunt & Hike will inform you of the entry requirements necessary for the trip (e.g. passport, visa and vaccination requirements). We can only provide information about the requirements that apply at the time of entering into the agreement. You should be aware that different entry requirements may apply at your time of departure than what was in force when you purchased the experience. In connection with visas, you should also be aware that the processing time for visa applications varies from country to country, and you are encouraged to always apply for a visa well in advance of departure. It is your own responsibility to ensure that passports comply with applicable rules.

Please note that the passport must be in good condition before departure. The passport must not be damaged with, for example, water, tears, torn surfaces from luggage tags and the like. There must also be no missing pages, nor must there be any written or corrected in the passport. In some cases, you may be refused entry by the authorities at the destination if they assess that the passport is not in good condition and the entire journey is generally lost. Hunt & Hike's information on passport and visa requirements is based on the rules for Danish citizens. If you do not have a Danish passport, or if you have dual citizenship, you must notify Hunt & Hike of this, so that you can get proper advice and guidance, including referral to the relevant authorities. In this context, see www.um.dk and www.ssi.dk.

Hunt & Hike also informs about any health formalities such as vaccination requirements or the like, as well as other documents and conditions necessary for the experience to be carried out. For certain countries, special rules apply for entry and exit. Hunt & Hike cannot be held responsible if, after the conclusion of the agreement, special illness-related entry requirements are introduced before or during the experience or restrictions at the destination (e.g. requirements for distance, face masks, etc., but not limited to this). In these cases, you are not entitled to compensation, to cancel the purchase or to cancel the purchase free of charge. If you do not wish to complete the experience in such situations, the general cancellation terms, see section 7.2, will apply. You can contact Hunt & Hike for further information about these rules. If you bring medicine containing euphoriant substances, you are responsible for being able to document the need for this. Please contact your own doctor for documentation.

Find other information on https://um.dk/rejse-og-ophold/foer-rejsen/medicin-og-vaccination

You are also welcome to contact Hunt & Hike for further information about these rules.

5.2 PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

Hunt & Hike's range of experiences is generally based on being self-reliant or being accompanied by a helper, if this is required. This means that you are a regular walker, can get in and out of means of transport without effort, carry your own luggage and clear stairs.

It is therefore important that you provide Hunt & Hike with all necessary and relevant information about your special needs that may affect the suitability of the experience for you. For example, it can be medical conditions, pregnancy, impaired vision or if you are unable to walk, are in a wheelchair or otherwise have reduced mobility. It is a prerequisite that you provide information about such needs in order for us to be able to guide you in more detail about your experience, and to state whether all or parts of it will be suitable for you, including whether you will get the full benefit of the trip. When going on group excursions with others, you must understand that the rest of the group cannot be delayed, and you must therefore agree to refrain from certain experiences.

If you bring a walker or wheelchair, it must be agreed in advance when booking the experience.

5.3 NAMES OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You are responsible for ensuring that the names appearing on your bookings are identical to the name of the participant. If the disagreement is due to your circumstances, expenses associated with this must be borne by you. If changes are not possible, you cannot hold Hunt & Hike responsible for this.

5.4 TIMELY ATTENDANCE

In cases where you cannot arrive at the booked experience on time, you must contact us and inform us of the later attendance. If you fail to contact Hunt & Hike, your experience will be cancelled and you will not be able to use the reservation or get a refund of the payment for it.

5.5 RULES

You must comply with the rules of conduct that apply to all subcontractors or partners of the experience, such as natural areas, estates or private areas.

You must behave in such a way that other participants on the experience do not feel bothered. In serious or repeated cases, inappropriate conduct may result in you being barred from further participation in the Experience by Hunt & Hike or its representatives. In such cases, you are responsible for your own repatriation and expenses as a result. In the event of expulsion, you are not entitled to receive any form of compensation, including a refund of the price of the experience.

Hunt & Hike is not responsible to the exercise of public authority; including - but not limited to - the police's intervention/action against you in connection with inappropriate behaviour. In such situations, you are responsible for any expenses you may incur, as well as you cannot make a claim against Hunt & Hike and will not be entitled to compensation, including a refund of the price of the experience.

5.6 NON-COMPLIANCE

If you do not comply with the requirements for passports, visas, other required documents, health formalities, stating the correct name on the travel documents and reviewing them, the rules on timely attendance and the rules of conduct, you cannot claim against Hunt & Hike, the intermediary or subcontractor of the package for the consequences, defects, inconvenience or loss that the failure to comply with your general obligations entails.

6 AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT CONCLUDED

6.1 TRANSFER OF THE EXPERIENCE

You can transfer the trip to another person, for a handling fee and any costs Hunt & Hike may incur from the package's subcontractors as a result of the transfer. Notice of transfer must be given in writing to Hunt & Hike no later than 7 days before the start of the experience.

Transfer can only take place if the person to whom the package tour is transferred meets the necessary conditions and requirements stated by Hunt & Hike at the time of entering into the agreement, including age, passport, visa and health requirements, as well as requirements for a hunting license.

The right to transfer the experience may be restricted in whole or in part by Hunt & Hike, if the transfer is not possible due to the subcontractor's terms. Restrictions on the right of transfer will always be clearly stated in your travel documents.

The transferor of the Experience and the person to whom the Experience is transferred are jointly and severally liable for payment of any outstanding amounts and costs resulting from the transfer.

6.2 PRICE CHANGES

Hunt & Hike may, after the agreement has been concluded, make changes to the agreed price for the experience if there are changes in:

the price of game meat, if the agreement specifies a specific type of meat;

taxes, levies or charges for the services of the experience imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

In case of changes in the price of the experience, Hunt & Hike will notify you of price increases and decreases. The notification must be made on a durable medium and no later than 20 days before departure. The price can max. is increased by 8% of the price of the experience. If the increase is more than 8% of the price of the experience, you will be eligible to cancel the deal.

In the event of a price decrease as a result of changes in the above conditions, you are entitled to a price reduction corresponding to the price reduction caused by the changes. In this connection, Hunt & Hike has the right to deduct costs associated with the refund to you. Hunt & Hike hedges all sold experiences by invoicing, so that you are not exposed to an additional price in the event of an exchange rate increase. This also means that you cannot claim a price reduction if the current exchange rate falls.

6.3 THE TRAVELER'S CHANGES TO THE EXPERIENCE

If you wish to make changes to the experience, please contact Hunt & Hike as soon as possible. If Hunt & Hike is able to change the experience, you will be required to incur the additional costs incurred by the changes plus a change fee of 2% of the total price of the experience. Among other things, it is considered a change if dates/times are to be changed, if the number of participants is adjusted, if the location is changed, or if changes in the form of accommodation are desired. Hunt & Hike is not obligated to make any changes to the experience.

If you wish to make changes that Hunt & Hike cannot comply with in the existing agreement, the change will, if you maintain your wish to change the experience, be considered a cancellation of the purchased experience, cf. section 7.2, and thus become a new booking.

6.4 HUNT & HIKE'S CHANGES TO EXPERIENCES BEFORE THE START OF THE EXPERIENCE

6.4.1 Insignificant changes
Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the experience without your consent prior to the commencement of the experience. You are obligated to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of such changes prior to the commencement of the Experience and without undue delay.

6.4.2 Other changes
If Hunt & Hike before the start of the experience either;

Make significant changes to the experience

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

you have the following rights:

You can cancel the agreement and get a refund of the amounts paid in relation to the experience,

or you can participate in a replacement experience, provided this is offered by Hunt & Hike.

Hunt & Hike is obligated to contact you without undue delay and inform you of the significant changes, as well as any impact they may have on the price of the experience.

In its enquiry, Hunt & Hike stipulates a reasonable deadline for you to inform about your decision and also states that the consequence of not meeting this deadline means that you are deemed to have accepted changes covered by 6.4.2.

In certain situations, you may be entitled to compensation if a financial loss has been suffered as a result of the above material changes, unless the reason for this is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

7 TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

7.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For the purchase of tickets and experiences online, purchased in a store or from a travel agency on the street, there is no right of withdrawal, cf. section 18(12) of the Consumer Contracts Act.

7.2 CANCELLATION OF THE EXPERIENCE

7.2.1 Normal cancellation terms
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the following applies:

If cancelled up to 65 days before the experience, Hunt & Hike will refund you the amount already paid, less a fee equal to the deposit paid and other fees.

If cancelled later than 65 days before the departure date, Hunt & Hike has the right to charge the full price of the experience in cancellation fee.

If the entire experience or parts of it may be encumbered with stricter cancellation conditions than the above, these will apply and will be stated on the invoice.

7.2.2 Cancellation in the event of acts of war, etc.
You may cancel an Experience immediately before its commencement without paying a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the provision of the Experience or the carriage of passengers to the destination.

In order for you to cancel without paying a fee, the unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances in question must make it impossible to travel safely to the destination based on an objective assessment; e.g. on the basis of guidance or statements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the health authorities, etc. See www.um.dk and www.ssi.dk.

In the event of free cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund of the price of the trip, but are not entitled to further compensation from Hunt & Hike.

The right of cancellation free of charge does not apply if you knew or should have known about the event in question at the time of entering into the agreement, or if the event was otherwise generally known.

If you cannot cancel free of charge in accordance with the above, the general cancellation terms apply, cf. section 7.2.1.

7.2.3 Time of refund and calculation of cancellation fee
Refunds of amounts according to sections 7.2.1 and 7.2.2 must be made no later than 14 days after your cancellation of the experience. If you have paid via payment card, the amount will generally be refunded to the same payment card.

7.3 TERMINATION BY HUNT & HIKE

7.3.1 Termination due to lack of connection
If the completion of the experience is conditional on a certain minimum connection, this will be stated in Hunt & Hike's tender documents or elsewhere in the contract basis. It will also be stated what number of participants must be registered at the latest, or a minimum occupancy percentage, before the experience is carried out, as well as how long before the experience is held, this number must be reached at the latest.

If the required number of participants is not reached by the specified time, Hunt & Hike may terminate the Agreement for the Experience without liability. Hunt & Hike will notify you of the termination of the agreement within the time limit specified in the agreement, but no later than 48 hours before the start of the experience, if the duration of the experience is less than 2 days.

You are entitled to a full refund of the price of the experience, but are not entitled to any further compensation from Hunt & Hike. In connection with your right to a refund, we may also offer you to participate in another experience, but are not obligated to do so. If we choose to offer you another experience and you want to participate in such an experience rather than getting a refund of the price of the experience, you are obliged to pay the price difference if the new experience has a higher value. If, on the other hand, the new experience is of a lower value, Hunt & Hike will refund the price difference between the originally purchased experience and the new experience.

7.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances
In addition, Hunt & Hike may terminate the package travel agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. In this case, Hunt & Hike must notify you of the termination of the agreement without undue delay and before the start of the experience.

In the above termination situations, you will receive a refund of the amounts paid for the experience no later than 14 days after the termination. You will not be entitled to any further compensation.

8 DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS

If a defect is discovered after the beginning of the experience or during the experience, you must immediately after the discovery complain about the defect to Hunt & Hike's representative or to the subcontractor to whom the defect relates.

If Hunt & Hike's representative or subcontractor is unable or unwilling to remedy, or in your opinion they do not remedy satisfactorily, you must immediately complain directly to Hunt & Hike. You may not, without prior written approval from Hunt & Hike, rectify any defect at Hunt & Hike's expense.

You must ensure that the complaint is noted by Hunt & Hike's employees and/or subcontractors on site – e.g. through a notice in a book or in other written form. In addition, you must make sure that you receive a receipt for the complaint so that you can document that you have made a complaint in a timely and correct manner.

If you fail to make a complaint as described above, it may have consequences for your right to subsequently invoke the defect and obtain compensation for this.

9 MAKING A CLAIM AFTER THE END OF THE EXPERIENCE

Claims for compensation and/or proportionate reduction in the price of the Experience - as a result of defects that have been properly complained about and that have not been remedied by Hunt & Hike - must be made to Hunt & Hike within a reasonable time after the end of the Experience. Otherwise, you lose the right to assert claims against Hunt & Hike.

After returning home, you can complain to Hunt & Hike, Kapselgade 4, 3.26, 1799 Copenhagen V, kontakt@huntandhike.dk

10 ACCESS TO SET-OFF WHEN PAYING COMPENSATION AND/OR COMPENSATION

When submitting your complaint to Hunt & Hike, you must state whether you have also applied for compensation from others.

If you have received compensation and/or compensation from others, Hunt & Hike has the right to set off compensation and/or compensation under the Danish Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements against the compensation and/or compensation that you have received from others.

11 JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW

All disputes and controversies that may arise or arise from the creation and/or performance of a given agreement, and which cannot be resolved between the parties alone, shall, if the parties wish to bring the case, be brought before the Danish national courts for a final decision, and will be subject to Danish law, unless otherwise provided by Rfor. 1215/2012 and the Rome Convention of 1980.

The agreement is entered into and implemented in accordance with the Package Travel Act (Act no. 1666 of 26/12/2017 on package travel and linked travel arrangements).

12 CONCLUSION

12.1 CONCLUSION

The agreement is binding when you have accepted an offer in writing for the content and price of the trip and accepted these and/or other stated terms and conditions for the trip. Payment of the deposit or the full price of the trip is also considered acceptance of the offer. It is a prerequisite that the travel services that together will constitute a package tour are purchased at the same time.

12.2 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

After the conclusion of the agreement, Hunt & Hike will send you relevant travel documents (e.g. a travel document, an order confirmation, an invoice and/or an itinerary) without undue delay.

Transmission of travel documents and other correspondence between you and Hunt & Hike, including but not limited to changes to the package tour, will be sent to the postal address or e-mail address that you have used in connection with the conclusion of the contract.

If you do not receive the travel documents within 5 working days of the agreement, you must contact Hunt & Hike immediately. If you have provided an email address, you must check the spam filter beforehand.

You are also obliged to provide the contact information necessary for Hunt & Hike to contact you both before and during the trip. You are obliged to review the submitted travel documents and any "practical information" upon receipt (see section 16.3). You must immediately respond to Hunt & Hike if the information is not in accordance with what has been agreed.

13 PRICE AND PAYMENT

13.1 PRICE

The total price of the trip is stated on your invoice, which means, unless otherwise stated, that the invoice includes all mandatory taxes, fees, and all additional fees, costs and any surcharges related to the services you have purchased from Hunt & Hike. If there are changes in the specific trip or in the conditions for it as a result of circumstances at your company, it may result in the price being changed and additional payment may be charged.

At the destinations, there may be charges of local fees, fees and charges that it is not possible to collect at the conclusion of the contract, as these payments relate directly to local regulations or to the consumption of extra services beyond what is stated in the agreement.

13.2 PAYMENT

If you fail to comply with your part of the agreement in respect of payment, Hunt & Hike has the right to cancel the agreement. In such cases, Hunt & Hike will be entitled to payment of the amount that you would lose under the rules in section 18.2 if you chose to cancel the trip on the day of the non-payment.

13.3 DEPOSIT

In connection with your acceptance of the offer, a deposit of at least 50% of the total price of the trip is paid – unless otherwise stated on the invoice. On some trips, there may be an increased deposit, which will be stated in the invoice. If the agreement is made less than 65 days before departure, the entire price of the trip is paid upon acceptance of the offer. However, for bus journeys, if the agreement is made less than 45 days before departure, the entire price of the journey is paid upon acceptance of the offer.

13.4 PAYOUT

The remaining amount for the trip must be paid no later than 65 days before the departure date, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. However, for bus travel, the balance for the trip must be paid no later than 45 days before the departure date. Note: According to the Money Laundering Act, Hunt & Hike may not accept cash amounts exceeding DKK 19,999. If the price of the trip exceeds this amount, it is possible to pay DKK 19,999 in cash and the rest by bank transfer or by credit card. Gift cards purchased in cash are equated with a cash payment.

14 CONNECTING TRIPS

Hunt & Hike is only responsible for a connecting trip if it is marketed/purchased together with the main event as part of the package tour. A connecting trip means a transport of you from/to the place where the package tour begins and ends.

15 CANCELLATION AND TRAVEL INSURANCE

Hunt & Hike recommends that you take out cancellation insurance that covers your expenses if you have to terminate the agreement due to acute illness or injury to yourself or a close family member. A cancellation insurance must always be taken out at the conclusion of the agreement and covers up to the time of departure. Cancellation insurance and/or annual travel insurance cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason for the cancellation of the trip. If you fail to take out cancellation insurance – or cancel the trip for reasons that the insurance does not cover, Hunt & Hike's cancellation terms apply in force, cf. section 18.2.

If you have a chronic or known condition, you should apply for a pre-assessment from the insurance company to be guaranteed coverage on the trip.

Hunt & Hike does not provide insurance products.

16 THE TRAVELLER'S GENERAL DUTIES

16.1 PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH FORMALITIES (INCLUDING VACCINATIONS)

You must be in possession of, and bring with you on trips outside Denmark's borders, a valid passport and the documents necessary for the trip, such as visas and proof of required vaccinations.

The travel agency can only provide information about the requirements that apply at the time of entering into the agreement. You should be aware that other entry requirements may apply at your time of departure than what was in force when you purchased the trip.

In some cases, you may be denied check-in by the airline and entry by the authorities at the destination, if they assess that the passport is not in good condition and the entire journey is generally lost.

Hunt & Hike also provides information about any health formalities such as vaccination requirements or the like, as well as other documents and conditions necessary for the completion of the trip. For certain countries, special rules apply for entry and exit. Hunt & Hike cannot be held responsible if, after the conclusion of the agreement, special illness-related entry requirements are introduced before or during the trip or restrictions at the destination (e.g. requirements for distance, face masks, etc., but not limited to this). In these cases, you are not entitled to compensation, to cancel the purchase or to cancel the purchase free of charge. If you do not wish to complete the trip in such situations, the general cancellation conditions, see section 18.2, will apply.

If the participants on your trip consist of minors unaccompanied by their own parents/guardians, you must contact the embassy/consulate of the country of travel. You should also be aware that special rules apply if your children are only travelling with one of their parents. You can find more information about the rules for travelling with children on this website: https://um.dk/rejse-og-ophold/foer-rejsen/rejse-med-mindreaarige

You are also welcome to contact Hunt & Hike for further information about these rules.

16.2 PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

Hunt & Hike's travel offer is generally based on being self-reliant or traveling with a helper, if this is required. This means that you are a regular walker, can get in and out of means of transport without effort, carry your own luggage and clear stairs.

It is therefore important that you provide Hunt & Hike with all necessary and relevant information about your special needs that may affect the suitability of the trip for you prior to booking your trip. For example, it can be medical conditions, pregnancy, impaired vision or if you are unable to walk, are in a wheelchair or otherwise have reduced mobility. It is a prerequisite that you provide information about such needs in order for the travel consultant to be able to guide you in more detail about your trip, and to state whether all or parts of it will be suitable for you, including whether you will get the full benefit of the trip. When traveling with others, you must understand that the rest of the group cannot be delayed, and you must therefore agree to refrain from certain experiences.

If you bring a walker or wheelchair, it must be agreed in advance when booking the trip, so that the travel consultant can write it on the travel voucher for information about the hotel and transport.

16.3 NAMES OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You are responsible for ensuring that the names on your travel documents and bookings are identical to the full name on the travel participants' passports. There is room for a limited number of characters on a flight ticket, which is why there will often be no room for middle names, these may therefore be shortened, or completely omitted. If you become aware of discrepancies between travel documents and passports, you must immediately report this to Hunt & Hike, who will try to correct the error. If the disagreement is due to your circumstances, expenses associated with this must be borne by you. If changes are not possible, you cannot hold Hunt & Hike responsible for this.

16.4 TIMELY ATTENDANCE

In cases where you cannot reach the booked travel service on time, you must contact the supplier in question and inform them of the later arrival. If you do not reach a satisfactory solution with the supplier, you should contact Hunt & Hike. If you fail to contact the supplier and/or Hunt & Hike, respectively, the booking will be cancelled and you will not be able to use the booking or get a refund of the payment for it.

If airline tickets are part of the package, they must be used in the correct order. If you do not use the flight tickets in the correct order, the airline will cancel the remaining flight segments. Therefore, you cannot only use individual segments of a flight. For example, you cannot only take advantage of a return journey.

You must have completed any check-in in accordance with the times and places stated in the itinerary or other clear instructions for the last check-in on the outbound and return journey. You are responsible to the check-in staff for notifying yourself in the check-in queue if you can foresee that you will not be able to complete the check-in within the stated times.

You must keep yourself informed of return times by informing yourself well in advance of your return journey whether any changes have been made or announced to the return time stated in the travel documents. This can be done through Hunt & Hike's partners at the destination, at the travel agency or on the airlines' websites.

You must keep up to date with the departure points and times of the included means of transport. This can be done, for example, by keeping an eye on overview screens immediately after arrival at an airport and contacting airport staff if there is any doubt about which terminals or gates the flight departs from. Terminal and gate changes happen frequently and are out of Hunt & Hike's control. In such situations, you cannot make a claim against Hunt & Hike.

16.5 RULES

You must comply with the rules of conduct that apply to all subcontractors of the package, such as hotels, airports, means of transport, etc.

You must behave in such a way that fellow travellers do not feel bothered. In serious or repeated cases, inappropriate behaviour may result in you being excluded from further participation in the trip by Hunt & Hike or its representatives. In such cases, you are responsible for your own repatriation and expenses as a result. In the event of expulsion, you are not entitled to receive any form of compensation, including a refund of the price of the package.

Hunt & Hike is not responsible to the exercise of public authority; including - but not limited to - the police's intervention/action against you as a traveller in connection with inappropriate behaviour. In such situations, you are responsible for any expenses you may incur, just as you cannot make a claim against Hunt & Hike and will not be entitled to compensation, including a refund of the price of the package.

16.6 NON-COMPLIANCE

If you do not comply with the requirements for passports, visas, other required documents, health formalities, stating the correct name on the travel documents and reviewing them, the rules on timely attendance and the rules of conduct, you cannot claim against Hunt & Hike, the intermediary or subcontractor of the package for the consequences, defects, inconvenience or loss that the failure to comply with your general obligations entails.

17 AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT CONCLUDED

17.1 TRANSFER OF THE PACKAGE

You can transfer the trip to another person, for a handling fee and any costs Hunt & Hike may incur from the package's subcontractors as a result of the transfer. Notification of transfer must be given in writing to Hunt & Hike no later than 7 days before the start of the trip. Notification after this time will result in you losing the right to transfer the package.

Transfer can only take place if the person to whom the package tour is transferred meets the necessary conditions and requirements stated by Hunt & Hike at the time of entering into the agreement, including age, passport, visa and health requirements, as well as a hunting license.

The right to transfer the package tour may be restricted in whole or in part by Hunt & Hike if the transfer is not possible due to the subcontractor's terms. Restrictions on the right of transfer will always be clearly stated in your travel documents.

In this context, please note that the vast majority of air tickets included in package holidays are non-refundable once they have been booked ("non refundable" tickets). If the package includes such travel services, the price of the travel services that are subject to the aforementioned restrictions will be lost if a trip is requested to be changed after booking.

The transferor of the package and the person to whom the package has been transferred shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of any outstanding amounts and costs resulting from the transfer.

17.2 PRICE CHANGES

After the agreement has been concluded, Hunt & Hike may make changes to the agreed price for package tours if there are changes in:

the price of the carriage of passengers as a result of the cost of fuel or other energy sources;

taxes, duties or charges for the travel services of the package imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

In the event of changes in the price of the trip, Hunt & Hike will notify you of price increases and decreases. The notification must be made on a durable medium and no later than 20 days before departure. The price can max. is increased by 8% of the price of the package. If the increase is more than 8% of the package price, you will be entitled to cancel the agreement.

In the event of a price decrease as a result of changes in the above conditions, you are entitled to a price reduction corresponding to the price reduction caused by the changes. In this connection, Hunt & Hike has the right to deduct costs associated with the refund to you. Hunt & Hike hedges all sold trips by invoicing, so that you are not exposed to an additional price in the event of an exchange rate increase. This also means that you cannot claim a price reduction if the current exchange rate falls.

17.3 THE TRAVELLER'S CHANGES TO THE PACKAGE

If you wish to make changes to the package tour, you must contact Hunt & Hike as soon as possible. If it is possible for Hunt & Hike to change the package, you must bear the additional costs that the changes entail plus a change fee. Among other things, it is considered a change if dates/times are to be changed, if the number of participants is adjusted, if the travel itinerary is changed, or if changes in the form of accommodation are desired. Hunt & Hike is not obliged to make changes to the package.

If you wish to make changes that Hunt & Hike cannot comply with in the existing agreement, the change will, if you maintain your wish to have the package changed, be considered a cancellation of the purchased package, cf. section 18.2, and thus become a new booking.

17.4 HUNT & HIKE'S CHANGES TO THE PACKAGE BEFORE THE START OF THE PACKAGE

17.4.1 Insignificant changes
Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the package without your consent before the start of the package. You are obliged to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of the changes before the start of the package and without undue delay.

17.4.2 Other changes
If, prior to the commencement of the package, Hunt & Hike either;

make significant changes to the package;

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

or raise the price of the trip by more than 8%

you have the following rights:

You can cancel the agreement and get a refund of the amounts paid in relation to the trip,

or you can participate in a replacement trip, if this is offered by Hunt & Hike.

Hunt & Hike is obliged to contact you without undue delay and inform you of the significant changes, as well as any impact they may have on the price of the package.

In its enquiry, Hunt & Hike sets a reasonable deadline for when you must inform you of your decision, and also informs you that the consequence of not meeting this deadline means that you are deemed to have accepted changes covered by 17.4.2.

In certain situations, you may be entitled to compensation if a financial loss has been suffered as a result of the above material changes, unless the reason for this is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

18 TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

18.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For the purchase of package tours, there is no right of withdrawal, cf. section 18(2)(1) and section 7(2)(5) of the Consumer Contracts Act, which exempts passenger transport from the scope of the Consumer Contracts Act.

18.2 CANCELLATION OF THE PACKAGE TOUR

18.2.1 Normal cancellation terms
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the following applies:

In the event of cancellation no later than 65 days before the date of departure, Hunt & Hike will refund you the amount already paid, less a fee corresponding to the deposit paid, as well as any cancellation insurance, (annual) travel insurance and other fees.

In case of cancellation later than 65 days before the departure date, Hunt & Hike has the right to charge the full price of the trip in cancellation fee.

If the entire package or parts of its travel services are subject to stricter cancellation conditions than the above, these will apply and will be stated on the invoice.

18.2.2 Cancellation in the event of acts of war, etc.
You can cancel a package immediately before the start of the package without paying a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the travel destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the delivery of the package or the transport of passengers to the destination.

If you cannot cancel free of charge in accordance with the above, the general cancellation terms apply, cf. section 18.2.1.

18.2.3 Time of refund and calculation of cancellation fee
Refunds of amounts in accordance with sections 18.2.1 and 18.2.2 must be made no later than 14 days after your cancellation of the package. If you have paid via payment card, the amount will generally be refunded to the same payment card.

18.3 TERMINATION BY HUNT & HIKE

18.3.1 Termination due to non-connection
If the completion of the trip is conditional on a certain minimum connection, this will be stated in Hunt & Hike's tender documents or elsewhere in the contract basis. It will also be stated what number of participants must be registered at the latest, or a minimum occupancy percentage before the trip is completed, as well as how long before departure this number must be reached at the latest.

If the required number of participants is not reached by the specified time, Hunt & Hike may terminate the package travel agreement free of charge. Hunt & Hike will notify you of the termination of the agreement within the time limit specified in the agreement, but no later than:

20 days before the start of the package, if the duration of the trip is more than 6 days,

7 days before the start of the package, if the duration of the trip is between 2 and 6 days, or

48 hours before the start of the package if the duration of the trip is less than 2 days.

You are entitled to a full refund of the price of the trip, but are not entitled to any further compensation from Hunt & Hike. In connection with your right to a refund, the travel agency may also offer you to participate in another package, but is not obliged to do so. If the travel agency chooses to offer you another package tour and you wish to participate in such a tour rather than getting a refund of the price of the trip, you are obliged to pay the price difference if the new trip has a higher value. If, on the other hand, the new trip is of a lower value, Hunt & Hike will refund the price difference between the originally purchased trip and the new trip.

18.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances
In addition, Hunt & Hike may terminate the package travel agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. In this case, Hunt & Hike must notify you of the termination of the contract without undue delay and before the start of the package.

In the above termination situations, you will receive a refund of the amounts paid for the trip no later than 14 days after the termination. You will not be entitled to any further compensation.

19 DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS

If a defect is discovered after the beginning of the trip, en route or at the destination, you must immediately complain about the defect to Hunt & Hike's representative or to the subcontractor to whom the defect relates.

20 MAKING A CLAIM AFTER THE END OF THE TRIP

Claims for compensation and/or proportionate reduction in the price of the trip - as a result of defects that have been properly complained about and which have not been remedied by Hunt & Hike - must be submitted to Hunt & Hike within a reasonable time after the end of the trip. Otherwise, you lose the right to assert claims against Hunt & Hike.

After returning home, you can complain to Hunt & Hike, Kapselgade 4, 3.26, 1799 Copenhagen V, kontakt@huntandhike.dk

21 ACCESS TO SET-OFF WHEN PAYING COMPENSATION AND/OR COMPENSATION

When submitting your complaint to Hunt & Hike, you must state whether you have also applied for compensation or compensation from the carrier on the basis of EU regulations on passenger rights and liability in passenger transport and in accordance with the international conventions that also regulate this matter.

If you have received compensation and/or compensation from the carrier, Hunt & Hike has the right to set off compensation and/or compensation under the Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements against the compensation and/or compensation received from the carrier.

22 JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW

If an agreement on a claim for compensation and/or amount, etc., cannot be reached by complaint to Hunt & Hike or the intermediary, you can submit a complaint for a complaint to the Package Travel Appeals Board, Haldor Topsøes Allé 1, st. building 91. 2800, Kgs. Lyngby. The website of the Package Travel Appeals Board is www.pakkerejseankenaevnet.dk A complaint can also be submitted via the European platform for online dispute resolution on http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Hunt & Hike's email address is for this purpose kontakt@huntandhike.dk

As a result of membership of the Danish Travel Agency Association, Hunt & Hike is obliged to comply with rulings from the Package Travel Appeals Board, unless the association's board grants an exemption from this requirement, because the ruling is to be appealed to a Danish court, cf. the association's articles of association.

All disputes and disagreements that may arise or arise from the creation and/or performance of a given agreement, and which cannot be resolved between the parties alone or by the Package Travel Appeals Board, shall, if the parties wish to bring the case, be brought before the Danish national courts for a final decision, and will be subject to Danish law, unless otherwise provided by Rfor. 1215/2012 and the Rome Convention of 1980.

23 GUARANTEE IN THE TRAVEL GUARANTEE FUND

In the event of its bankruptcy, Hunt & Hike has provided a guarantee for reimbursement of the traveller's payments with the Travel Guarantee Fund, Haldor Topsøes Allé 1, st. building 91.2800, Kgs. Lyngby. Registration number 3553.

The combination of travel services you are offered is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. You are therefore covered by all EU rights for package travel. Hunt & Hike is fully responsible for the correct delivery of the entire package tour. Hunt & Hike has also set up statutory protection to refund your payments and, if the package includes transport, to secure your repatriation in the event that it goes bankrupt or becomes insolvent.

Key rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302:

Travellers will receive all important information about the package before the package travel contract is concluded.

There is always at least one trader who is responsible for the correct provision of all the travel services included in the contract.

Travellers will be provided with an emergency telephone number or details of a contact point where they can get in touch with the tour operator or travel agent.

Travellers may transfer the package to another person, with reasonable notice and possibly on payment of additional costs.

The price of the package can only be increased if specific costs increase (e.g. fuel prices) and if explicitly provided for in the contract, and in any case no later than 20 days before the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the package price, the traveller may terminate the contract. If the tour operator reserves the right to a price increase, the traveller is entitled to a price reduction if the relevant costs decrease.

Travellers can terminate the contract without payment of a termination fee and receive a full refund of all payments if any of the essential elements of the package, other than the price, change significantly. If the trader responsible for the package cancels the package before the start of the package, travellers are entitled to reimbursement and compensation, depending on the circumstances.

Travellers can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee before the start of the package in case of extraordinary circumstances, for example if there are serious security issues at the destination that are likely to affect the package.

In addition, travellers may terminate the contract at any time before the start of the package on payment of an appropriate and justified termination fee.

If, after the start of the package, essential elements of the package cannot be delivered as agreed, suitable alternative arrangements must be offered to the traveller at no additional cost. Travellers may terminate the contract without payment of a termination fee if services are not provided in accordance with the contract and this significantly affects the provision of the package and the organiser fails to remedy the problem.

Travellers are entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation if the travel services are not provided or provided

The tour operator must provide assistance if the traveller is in difficulty.

If the tour operator or, in some Member States, the intermediary goes bankrupt or becomes insolvent, the trip is refunded. If the organiser or, where appropriate, the retailer goes bankrupt or becomes insolvent after the start of the package, and if the package includes transport, the travellers' repatriation is ensured. Hunt & Hike has set up protection against bankruptcy or insolvency with the Travel Guarantee Fund. Travellers can contact this unit or, where applicable, this competent authority, (Reise Garanti Fonden, Røgelskær 11, 3rd floor, 2840 Holte, telephone: 45878333, CVR: 86484218) if they are denied services as a result of Hunt & Hike's bankruptcy or insolvency. L
1.1 BASIS OF AGREEMENT: MOOSE & MOUNTAINGOAT

BASIS FOR HUNTING MOOSE, AND MOUNTAIN GOAT

This agreement basis deals with Hunt & Hike – Hunting in Canada for either moose (moose) or snow goat (mountain goat).

This trip lasts 12 days in the Canadian wilderness, where ten days of hunting are done. Hunt & Hike will act as your hunting guides and make sure that you have the hunting experience of a lifetime and adventure.

Payment: In connection with your acceptance of the offer, a deposit of at least 50% of the total price of the trip is paid – unless otherwise stated on the invoice. On some trips, there may be an increased deposit, which will be stated in the invoice. If the agreement is made less than 65 days before departure, the entire price of the trip is paid upon acceptance of the offer.

Getting there: The journey with us starts at Prince George's Airport, British Columbia. It is your own responsibility to arrive on time and cover the costs of this. The airport is served by major airlines such as Air Canada and WestJet. You will be picked up at 10:00 AM at the Carmel Inn (www.carmelinn.ca) in Prince George, BC, the day before your hunt begins.

Make sure you arrive in Prince George the day before your pickup is due to avoid unforeseen travel delays. Likewise, we recommend setting aside an extra day at the end in case of unforeseen delays from base camp to Prince George. You must book your own hotel in the days before and after your trip with us. We have good experiences with Carmel Inn.

You must have a valid passport, driver's license, and a Canadian firearms license. To avoid unnecessary hassle at the border, remember that you must sign your firearms permit in front of a Canadian Customs Officer. No handguns may be brought into Canada on your trip.

License and tags: License and tag fees are set annually by the BC government and are subject to change. We assist in the acquisition of all necessary licenses and tags. If you have purchased a hunt, we will buy tags for you and have them ready for you upon your arrival at the camp. You must always have your hunting license and tags that are appropriate for the species you want to hunt with you throughout your hunt.

Choosing a caliber: When you arrive at camp, one of the first things you'll need to do after you've settled in is to test your rifle and confirm that it fires accurately. For most hunts, calibers of .270 Win or greater will suffice. It is possible to rent a rifle for a fee of approximately DKK 100 per day. If you want to rent a rifle, we must be notified well in advance of departure.

Accommodation: Our basecamp is located on a remote lake and consists of rustic cabins with comfortable bunks and wood stoves. There is electricity and hot showers in the basecamp. We have another basecamp that serves as a backcountry basecamp. This camp is also a log cabin which has electricity and hot showers. In spike camp, the accommodation is either in small backcountry cabins or weight tents. There is no electricity or hot showers here. For all accommodation, we recommend bringing both a sleeping bag and a sleeping mat. In base camp and cabins there will be mattresses.

Meals: Meals at basecamp are homemade and consist primarily of venison with side dishes. Food in spike camp will be simple, as it must be able to stay unrefrigerated. For backpack hunting, freeze-dried meals will be served. Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements or allergies you may have so that we can accommodate them.

Requirements for the hunter: Safety is the highest priority. We expect you to be skilled, safe and practice with your firearm. You will not load your gun until we have advised you to do so. Unsafe handling of firearms will not be tolerated. Communication is extremely important to ensure that you have a good hunt. Communicate regularly, both before the hunt and with us during the hunt. If there is a problem, it is the hunter's responsibility to notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately.

Physical requirements for the hunter: Our hunts require a varying degree of physical fitness to have a successful hunt. We have hunts that everyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can do, such as spring hunting for black bears and autumn hunting for moose from base camp. While hunting on horseback in the backcountry and mountain goat hunting require a higher level of physical fitness. It is the hunter's responsibility to inform Hunt & Hike of any physical/medical problems and/or allergies prior to the hunt.

Talk to us in advance about your physical condition and we will tailor your hunt to your physical ability.

Rules for wounded game: Fortunately, wounded game is a rare occurrence. We do our best to get you as close as possible to your animal, and only ethical shots should be taken. When an animal is injured, every effort is made to find the animal in question. Trophy fees must be paid for wounded game.

Trophy care and transport of these: All skins will be handled properly in the field, i.e. they will be salted and dried. Unless otherwise specified, trophies will be delivered to professional conservator Daryn Eakin at Northern Wildlife Designs (www.northernwildlife.net) at the end of the season (early November). The conservator can either professionally mount your trophies or send them on to your preferred conservator at your expense for permits and shipping. All meat will be left in base camp and will be donated to local First Nations or BC Guide Outfitters Meat donation program through the Salvation Army

Gratuities: Gratuities are included in the price.

Program: The actual hunt for moose and mountain goat both lasts for 10 days and takes place from mid-August to early October. Since this is a hunt, we cannot predict an exact program as there are several factors that play a role in the planning. These factors include weather conditions, the client's physique, the course of the hunt, and terrain. Therefore, changes can quickly occur in the program. The above information has been prepared cf. section 6 of the Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (ACT no. 1666 of 26/12/2017), where the traveller must be given significant characteristics of experiences/trips before entering into an agreement on purchase. Prepared by Hunt & Hike ApS (CVR 44228343), Rejsgarantifonden reg number RGF3553.

GENERAL TRAVEL CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TRAVEL

The terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Hunt & Hike ApS (hereinafter Hunt & Hike) and you who purchase a package tour.

The travel agency can only provide information about the requirements that apply at the time of entering into the agreement. You should be aware that other entry requirements may apply at your time of departure than what was in force when you purchased the trip.

In some cases, you may be denied check-in by the airline and entry by the authorities at the destination, if they assess that the passport is not in good condition and the entire journey is generally lost.

After the agreement has been concluded, Hunt & Hike may make changes to the agreed price for package tours if there are changes in:

the price of the carriage of passengers as a result of the cost of fuel or other energy sources;

taxes, duties or charges for the travel services of the package imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

The calculation of these changes is made according to the following calculation examples:

17.4.1 Insignificant changes Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the Package without your consent prior to the commencement of the Package. You are obliged to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of the changes before the start of the package and without undue delay.

17.4.2 Other changes If, prior to the commencement of the Package, Hunt & Hike either;

make significant changes to the package;

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

or raise the price of the trip by more than 8%

you have the following rights:

18.2.1 Normal cancellation terms Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the following applies:

You may cancel a Package Holiday immediately before the start of the Package without paying a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the travel destination or in the immediate vicinity thereof which significantly affect the delivery of the Package or the transport of passengers to the destination.

If you cannot cancel free of charge in accordance with the above, the general cancellation terms apply, cf. section 18.2.1.

18.2.3 Time for refund and calculation of cancellation fee Refunds of amounts pursuant to clauses 18.2.1 and 18.2.2 must be made no later than 14 days after your cancellation of the Package Tour. If you have paid via payment card, the amount will generally be refunded to the same payment card.

18.3 TERMINATION BY HUNT & HIKE

18.3.1 Termination due to lack of connection If the completion of the trip is conditional on a certain minimum connection, this will be stated in Hunt & Hike's tender documents or elsewhere in the basis of the agreement.

18.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances Hunt & Hike may also terminate the Package Travel Agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the Agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

1.2 BASIS OF AGREEMENT: BLACK BEAR IN CANADA

BASIS FOR AGREEMENT FOR HUNTING BLACK BEARS

This agreement basis deals with Hunt & Hike – Hunting in Canada for black bears.

This journey lasts seven days in the Canadian wilderness, where five days are hunted.

Program: The actual hunting of black bears lasts for 5 days and takes place from mid-May to mid-June. Since this is a hunt, we cannot predict an exact program as there are several factors that play a role in the planning. These factors include weather conditions, the client's physique, the course of the hunt, and terrain. Therefore, changes can quickly occur in the program. Below is a review of an indicative program.

This means that you are a regular walker, can get in and out of means of transport without difficulty, carry your own luggage. If you bring a walker or wheelchair, it must be agreed in advance when booking the experience.

The travel agency can only provide information about the requirements that apply at the time of entering into the agreement. You should be aware that other entry requirements may apply at your time of departure than what was in force when you purchased the trip.

In some cases, you may be denied check-in by the airline and entry by the authorities at the destination, if they assess that the passport is not in good condition and the entire journey is generally lost.

After the agreement has been concluded, Hunt & Hike may make changes to the agreed price for package tours if there are changes in:

the price of the carriage of passengers as a result of the cost of fuel or other energy sources;

taxes, duties or charges for the travel services of the package imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

The calculation of these changes is made according to the following calculation examples:

17.4.1 Insignificant changes Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the Package without your consent prior to the commencement of the Package. You are obliged to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of the changes before the start of the package and without undue delay.

17.4.2 Other changes If, prior to the commencement of the Package, Hunt & Hike either;

make significant changes to the package;

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

or raise the price of the trip by more than 8%

you have the following rights:

18.2.1 Normal cancellation terms Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the following applies:

You may cancel a Package Holiday immediately before the start of the Package without paying a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the travel destination or in the immediate vicinity thereof which significantly affect the delivery of the Package or the transport of passengers to the destination.

If you cannot cancel free of charge in accordance with the above, the general cancellation terms apply, cf. section 18.2.1.

18.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances Hunt & Hike may also terminate the Package Travel Agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the Agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

L
1.9 BASIS OF AGREEMENT: HUNTING TRIP IN SWEDEN

Payment: A 50% deposit is required when booking the trip. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the trip. The final payment will be charged via invoice. Deposits are non-refundable. Trophy fees are charged via invoice after the end of the trip.

Before departure: The hunter is responsible for transport to the camp, which is located at the address: 1 Forshem Berget, 542 95, Mariestad, Sweden. The hunter must bring a passport, a Swedish hunting license and declare weapons and ammunition to the Swedish customs authorities. This must be done before the start of the hunt via the following website: https://privattjanster-vapenanmalan.tullverket.se/anmalan/da/vape.

Choice of caliber: For most hunts, calibers such as 308 Win and 30-06 will suffice. It is possible to rent a rifle for a fee of DKK 100 per day. If you want to rent a rifle, we must be notified well in advance of departure.

Accommodation: The camp consists of cotton tents and is established on the forest floor. We therefore recommend that you bring good sleeping bags and sleeping mats. The toilet conditions are primitive and without running water. There is a single socket on site that can be used for charging mobile phones. Participants must be prepared for the camp to be simple and fit into the natural surroundings. During the cold winter months, we have the opportunity to light a stove in the tent.

Territory / Hunting: Our hunting trip in Sweden takes place in large forest areas broken by open meadows, which attract large herds of fallow deer, an older population of roe deer, wild boar and foxes. The specific area is specified in more detail on the booking page. We are staying in the camp, which is located in a hunting area of approximately 300 hectares, so participants should expect to use their own car in the terrain. The hunting method will primarily involve spot and stalk and/or hunting from a tower. Initially, there will be three hunters, two of whom will receive 1:1 guidance, while the remaining hunter sits in a tower. This can change depending on individual preferences and the course of the hunt.

Meals: Meals at the camp are simple and homemade, consisting primarily of venison meat with side dishes. Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements or allergies so that we can accommodate them.

Requirements for the hunter: Safety is the highest priority. We expect you to be skilled, safe and train with your firearm. You should not leave your rifle until we have advised you to do so. Irresponsible handling of firearms is not tolerated. Communication is extremely important to ensure that you have a successful hunt. Communicate regularly, both before the hunt and during the hunt. If any problems arise, it is the hunter's responsibility to inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately.

Rules for wounded game: Fortunately, wounded game is rare. We do our best to bring you as close as possible to your prey, and only ethical shots should be fired. When an animal is injured, we do everything possible to find that animal. Trophy fees are imposed on the wounded game.

Trophy care and transport: We pride ourselves on handling all meat properly in the field, and we will prepare your trophy with you so that it is ready for assembly. Subsequent conservator work is at the hunter's own expense. Hunt & Hike has control over all meat that the hunter does not want to take home.

Program: Our hunting trip to Sweden varies depending on which game species is in focus. The hunt typically lasts 60-80 hours and includes three nights of accommodation and meals as specified in the proposed program. Arrival times may vary due to traffic. Hunting times for different game species are observed, so the departure takes place from 1 October to 21 October and from 16 November to the end of February. The schedule depends on sunrise and sunset. As this is a hunting trip, we cannot predict an exact program as changes can happen quickly.

Please see our General Terms and Conditions for additional terms, including payment and cancellation.

Information and special considerations: The participants' benefit from the services depends on effective oral communication in Danish, unless otherwise stated in connection with the booking. Hunt & Hike's range of experiences is generally based on the participants being self-reliant or accompanied by a helper, if necessary. This means that participants must be able to walk normally, easily get in and out of means of transport, carry their own luggage and handle stairs.

It is therefore important that before booking your experience, you provide Hunt & Hike with all necessary and relevant information about your special needs that may affect the suitability of the experience for you. This may include health conditions, pregnancy, impaired vision, or limited mobility, whether you use a wheelchair or have other mobility limitations. It is a prerequisite that you provide information about such needs, so that we can guide you in more detail about your experience and determine whether you will get the full benefit of the trip. During group excursions with other participants, please note that the group cannot be delayed, and you must therefore agree to refrain from certain experiences.

If you bring a walker or wheelchair, this must be agreed in advance when booking the experience.

This information has been prepared in accordance with section 6 of the Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (ACT no. 1666 of 26/12/2017), where the traveller must have essential information about experiences/trips before entering into a purchase agreement. Prepared by Hunt & Hike ApS (CVR 44228343), registered with the Travel Guarantee Fund with registration number RGF3553.

GENERAL TRAVEL CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TRAVEL

The terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Hunt & Hike ApS (hereinafter Hunt & Hike) and you who purchase a package tour.

The travel agency can only provide information about the requirements that apply at the time of entering into the agreement. You should be aware that other entry requirements may apply at your time of departure than what was in force when you purchased the trip.

In some cases, you may be denied check-in by the airline and entry by the authorities at the destination, if they assess that the passport is not in good condition and the entire journey is generally lost.

After the agreement has been concluded, Hunt & Hike may make changes to the agreed price for package tours if there are changes in:

the price of the carriage of passengers as a result of the cost of fuel or other energy sources;

taxes, duties or charges for the travel services of the package imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

The calculation of these changes is made according to the following calculation examples:

17.4.1 Insignificant changes Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the Package without your consent prior to the commencement of the Package. You are obliged to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of the changes before the start of the package and without undue delay.

17.4.2 Other changes If, prior to the commencement of the Package, Hunt & Hike either;

make significant changes to the package;

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

or raise the price of the trip by more than 8%

you have the following rights:

18.2.1 Normal cancellation terms Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the following applies:

You may cancel a Package Holiday immediately before the start of the Package without paying a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the travel destination or in the immediate vicinity thereof which significantly affect the delivery of the Package or the transport of passengers to the destination.

If you cannot cancel free of charge in accordance with the above, the general cancellation terms apply, cf. section 18.2.1.

18.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances Hunt & Hike may also terminate the Package Travel Agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the Agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Standard information form:

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

1.5 BASIS OF AGREEMENT. FAMILY CAMP

This agreement basis deals with Hunt & Hike – Family Camp.

The camp takes place in Denmark and includes two nights in an authentic Hunt & Hike Camp located in a forest area. Hunt & Hike will act as hosts/teachers.

Payment: Payment is made directly on the booking page and is non-refundable. Here you book a place, and this is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Transport there: The Family Camp takes place in Denmark, and the customer is responsible for the transport there. The area is specified on the booking page. The exact address, meeting place and any directions will be sent to the email address provided in the booking, approximately two weeks before the start of the Family Camp.

Accommodation: Accommodation takes place in your own tents or in tents rented by Hunt & Hike. Participants should expect that there is no electricity or charging facilities available on site. The toilet facilities are primitive, and there will be no running water either. Please note that the camp is shared with other families with children, and this assumes that we all get to know each other during the stay.

Meals: All main meals are included in the price. However, we encourage you to bring a few snacks for the children between activities. All meals will be cooked over a fire and will be child-friendly as well as provide the opportunity to taste game meat that suits both the season and the area. Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements or allergies you may have so that we can accommodate them.

Requirements for participants: Our Family Camp is aimed at anyone who would like to spend a few days in nature with the family. Here you will learn tips and tricks about nature and gain insight into what it means to go hunting. Participants must sleep two nights in sleeping bags, which depend on the season and weather and therefore require good quality equipment. If you are in doubt about what the Family Camp entails, do not hesitate to call or send an e-mail.

Program: The Family Camp usually lasts 40 hours and includes two nights and meals as stated in the indicative program:

Day 1

16:00 Arrival and welcome 16:30 Joint construction of the camp 17:30 Dinner over a campfire 19:00 Information about activities Day 2 20:00 Good night

Day 3

Day 4

07:30 Breakfast over the campfire 08:30 Joint activity 10:00 Packing and goodbye

The program is indicative and varies depending on the participants, the season and the weather conditions. All excursions, activities and services are included in the price. We stay in the area around the Camp, so the youngest members of the family can participate on foot. If there are older children among the participants, there will be separate activities for them.

The Family Camp is delivered to the participants as part of a group. The size of the group is usually about 15 people, but it can be adapted to the group of participants. We recommend that participants are at least 4 years old at the time of the Family Camp. The camp is established on the forest floor, so we recommend bringing a tarpaulin to put under the tents to avoid stones or sticks damaging the tent fabric. See the recommended packing list below.

Indicative packing list:

Number of participants and payment: A minimum participation of ten people is required to arrange the Family Camp. If this is not fulfilled 14 days before the start of the Family Camp, Hunt & Hike ApS reserves the right to cancel the event. In that case, participants can choose to participate in another Family Camp, choose another experience or get a refund for the payment for the experience.

The total price per participant is DKK 1,295 (regardless of age) including taxes, fees and all additional fees. The price includes main meals, a few snacks and water, which can be filled in the water bottles you have brought with you, as well as tea/coffee. Participants should also expect to have to pay for transportation to and from the location of the Family.

Camp. If participants want other drinks or snacks between the main meals, these must be brought at their own expense. We encourage limiting the amount of alcoholic beverages.

Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for additional terms, including payment and cancellation policy.

Information and special considerations: The participants' experience depends on effective oral communication in Danish, unless otherwise stated in connection with the booking. Hunt & Hike's range of experiences is generally based on the participants being self-reliant or having a helper with them if necessary. This means that participants must be able to walk normally, get in and out of transportation without effort, carry their own luggage and clear stairs.

Therefore, it is important that before booking your experience, you provide Hunt & Hike with all necessary and relevant information about your special needs that may have an impact on the suitability of the experience for you. This may include, for example, health conditions, pregnancy, impaired vision or reduced mobility as a result of poor walking, wheelchair or other mobility impairment. It is a prerequisite that you provide information about such needs so that we can provide you with appropriate guidance about your experience and inform you whether all or part of the experience will be suitable for you and whether you will get the full benefit of the experience. For group excursions with others, you must understand that the rest of the group cannot be delayed, and you must therefore agree to refrain from certain experiences.

If you bring a walker or wheelchair, this must be agreed in advance when booking the experience.

The above information has been prepared in accordance with section 6 of the Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (ACT no. 1666 of 26/12/2017), where the traveller must have essential information about experiences/trips before entering into an agreement on purchase. Prepared by Hunt & Hike ApS (CVR 44228343), the Travel Guarantee Fund reg number RGF3553.

GENERAL TRAVEL CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TRAVEL

The terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Hunt & Hike ApS (hereinafter Hunt & Hike) and you who purchase a package tour.

The travel agency can only provide information about the requirements that apply at the time of entering into the agreement. You should be aware that other entry requirements may apply at your time of departure than what was in force when you purchased the trip.

In some cases, you may be denied check-in by the airline and entry by the authorities at the destination, if they assess that the passport is not in good condition and the entire journey is generally lost.

After the agreement has been concluded, Hunt & Hike may make changes to the agreed price for package tours if there are changes in:

the price of the carriage of passengers as a result of the cost of fuel or other energy sources;

taxes, duties or charges for the travel services of the package imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

The calculation of these changes is made according to the following calculation examples:

17.4.1 Insignificant changes Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the Package without your consent prior to the commencement of the Package. You are obliged to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of the changes before the start of the package and without undue delay.

17.4.2 Other changes If, prior to the commencement of the Package, Hunt & Hike either;

make significant changes to the package;

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

or raise the price of the trip by more than 8%

you have the following rights:

18.2.1 Normal cancellation terms Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the following applies:

You may cancel a Package Holiday immediately before the start of the Package without paying a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the travel destination or in the immediate vicinity thereof which significantly affect the delivery of the Package or the transport of passengers to the destination.

If you cannot cancel free of charge in accordance with the above, the general cancellation terms apply, cf. section 18.2.1.

18.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances Hunt & Hike may also terminate the Package Travel Agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the Agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

If an agreement on a claim for compensation and/or amount, etc., cannot be reached by complaint to Hunt & Hike or the intermediary, you can submit a complaint for a complaint to the Package Travel Appeals Board, Haldor Topsøes Allé 1, st. building 91. 2800, Kgs. Lyngby. Standard information form:

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

Therefore, it is important that you provide Hunt & Hike with all necessary and relevant information about any special needs that may affect your experience before booking. The above information has been prepared in accordance with section 6 of the Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (ACT no. 1666 of 26/12/2017), where the traveller must be informed of the essential characteristics of experiences/trips before entering into an agreement on purchase.

Prepared by Hunt & Hike ApS (CVR 44228343), Rejsgarantifonden reg number RGF3553.

Hunt & Hike may, after the agreement has been concluded, make changes to the agreed price for the experience if there are changes in:

the price of game meat, if the agreement specifies a specific type of meat;

taxes, levies or charges for the services of the experience imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

6.4.1 Insignificant changes Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the Experience without your consent prior to the commencement of the Experience. You are obligated to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of such changes prior to the commencement of the Experience and without undue delay.

6.4.2 Other changes If Hunt & Hike before the start of the experience either;

Make significant changes to the experience

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

you have the following rights:

7.2.1 Normal cancellation terms Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the following applies:

If cancelled up to 65 days before the experience, Hunt & Hike will refund you the amount already paid, less a fee equal to the deposit paid and other fees.

If cancelled later than 65 days before the departure date, Hunt & Hike has the right to charge the full price of the experience in cancellation fee.

If the entire experience or parts of it may be encumbered with stricter cancellation conditions than the above, these will apply and will be stated on the invoice.

7.2.2 Cancellation in the event of acts of war, etc. You may cancel an Experience immediately before its commencement without paying a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the delivery of the Experience or the carriage of passengers to the destination.

7.2.3 Time for refund and calculation of cancellation fee Refunds of amounts pursuant to sections 7.2.1 and 7.2.2 must be made no later than 14 days after your cancellation of the experience. If you have paid via payment card, the amount will generally be refunded to the same payment card.

7.3 TERMINATION BY HUNT & HIKE

7.3.1 Termination due to lack of connection If the completion of the experience is conditional on a certain minimum connection, this will be stated in Hunt & Hike's tender documents or elsewhere in the contractual basis.

7.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances Hunt & Hike may also terminate the Package Travel Agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the Agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Here you will learn tips and tricks for giving your dog first aid when an accident occurs on a hike or hunt. Hunt & Hike will act as hosts/teachers.

Payment: Payment is made directly on the booking page and is non-refundable. Here you book a place, and this is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meals: We serve a light meal, which is included in the price. Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements or allergies you may have so that we can accommodate them.

Requirements for the participant: The course is aimed at dog owners. If you want to bring your dog, we appeal to your dog to be able to work with other dogs. If you do not have your own dog with you, you can practice on our dogs. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call or send an email so you can get more information about the course and what it requires of you and your four-legged friend.

Program of the course: A first aid course for dogs usually lasts three hours, depending on the number and composition of dogs.

The course is delivered to the participants as part of a group. The size of the group is 8 people and up to 8 dogs. We recommend that participants with dogs that show aggressive behavior are not brought along.

We recommend bringing a blanket, as exercises and lessons take place on grass or forest floor. It is also a good idea to bring training treats and a water bowl to reduce the risk of infection among the participating dogs. It is not allowed to bring a sick dog, and we would like the dogs to be vaccinated according to the veterinarian's recommendations.

Indicative packing list:

Outdoor clothing and footwear

We provide:

If this is not fulfilled 14 days before the course is held, Hunt & Hike ApS reserves the right to cancel the course. In this case, participants can choose to attend a different course date, choose a different experience, or request a refund.

The total price per participant is DKK 995 including taxes, fees and all additional fees. The price includes meal, first aid bag, goodie bags and water, which can be filled into the water bottles you have brought with you, as well as tea/coffee.

Participants are also expected to cover transport costs to and from the location of the first aid course. If participants want other drinks or snacks between main meals, these must be brought at their own expense. We encourage limiting the amount of alcoholic beverages.

See our general terms and conditions for other terms, including payment and cancellation policy.

Information and special considerations: The participants' benefit from the services depends on effective oral communication in Danish, unless otherwise stated in connection with the booking.

Hunt & Hike's range of experiences is generally based on the participants being self-reliant or having a helper with them if needed. That is, participants can usually walk, get in and out of transportation smoothly, carry their own luggage, and handle stairs.

It is therefore important that before booking your experience, you provide Hunt & Hike with all necessary and relevant information about your special needs that may affect the suitability of the experience for you. This can include medical conditions, pregnancy, impaired vision, or reduced mobility due to poor walking, wheelchair or other mobility impairments. It is a prerequisite that you inform us of such needs so that we can provide you with appropriate guidance about your experience and inform you whether all or part of the experience will be suitable for you and whether you will get the full benefit of the experience.

Hunt & Hike may, after the agreement has been concluded, make changes to the agreed price for the experience if there are changes in:

the price of game meat, if the agreement specifies a specific type of meat;

taxes, levies or charges for the services of the experience imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

6.4.1 Insignificant changes Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the Experience without your consent prior to the commencement of the Experience. You are obligated to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of such changes prior to the commencement of the Experience and without undue delay.

6.4.2 Other changes If Hunt & Hike before the start of the experience either;

Make significant changes to the experience

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

you have the following rights:

7.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances Hunt & Hike may also terminate the Package Travel Agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the Agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Hunt & Hike may, after the agreement has been concluded, make changes to the agreed price for the experience if there are changes in:

the price of game meat, if the agreement specifies a specific type of meat;

taxes, levies or charges for the services of the experience imposed by a third party not directly involved in the provision of the package;

6.4.1 Insignificant changes Hunt & Hike is entitled to make insignificant changes to the Experience without your consent prior to the commencement of the Experience. You are obligated to accept such changes if Hunt & Hike clearly informs you of such changes prior to the commencement of the Experience and without undue delay.

6.4.2 Other changes If Hunt & Hike before the start of the experience either;

Make significant changes to the experience

or are unable to provide certain services that you have requested and that Hunt & Hike has agreed to provide;

you have the following rights:

7.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances Hunt & Hike may also terminate the Package Travel Agreement free of liability if Hunt & Hike is prevented from fulfilling the Agreement due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
